Kirk’s brief bio:
Kirk Wilkinson is the  author of The Happiness Factor and one of a very rare breed: a genuine happiness coach. After being abandoned as a small boy by his mother, surviving two bouts with cancer, and experiencing a personal crisis that left him lost in depression, Kirk was crying out in despair.

Then one day, a colleague at work offered Kirk a bit of advice and told him that his problems would only be solved from the inside out. That was the moment that everything changed for Kirk. He began to look inward for solutions and finally, after decades of searching, found exactly what he was looking for.

Today, Kirk has developed what he learned on that life-altering day into a full-blown, eight-step system for achieving happiness. It’s not something that takes years to learn. It’s something that starts now.

In The Happiness Factor, Kirk shares his vision, his tested and proven PEASEFUL© system, a practical and easy-to-remember set of principles that can be applied to one’s life immediately.

Kirk has worked for Hewlett Packard, specializing in international partnerships and alliances, for the past 25 years. He graduated from California State University with a degree in Computer Science and attended The Whittier College School of Law. Kirk currently resides in Mesa, Arizona with his wife of 28 years and their four children.
